You have the option of home delivery or collection.

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item within 14 working days and you will be refunded to the original payment method. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging otherwise we will not be able to accept your return due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to exchange your item please ensure it is within 14 working days and the products must be unopened and in the original packaging.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from a single donor and virgin hair is also 100% human hair that has not been chemically processed by the donor but may undergo light factory processing for consistency.

Are hair extensions from strnds thick?

Yes, all our hair extensions are double drawn to ensure fullness and thickness from the root to the tip.

Do our extensions shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal, but our extensions are high quality so with proper care your extensions should remain soft and manageable.

Do you offer hair appointments?

Yes, we offer natural hair care, sew ins and tape installations with Sbeks Hair.
